Retreat
The Rhythm of Being Here: A mind-body retreat in Portugal
April 24 - 28, 2024
with Angela Mendes @upanji and Sandrine Harris @emergentnature
Join us on a journey exploring a conscious weave of our emotions, contemplations, thoughts, and movement through an embodied and expansive knowing.
We will listen to life’s invitations to dance with what arises and explore how it is in our own rhythm that acceptance shows up. Together, we will dismantle the elusive promise of the “getting there” and invite you to create your own Being Here.
PROCESS
-
movement for all bodies and everybody
-
meditations and time for reflection
-
journaling and readings from Angela's book "Getting There by Being Here"
-
connective conversations and deep listening
*This retreat is offered in Portuguese, English and French
