Panic

Panic comes strongly and suddenly

Terrifying fear invading, disorienting

A pounding heart racing explosively

Short shallow shaky breaths, failing

Pressure on the chest, all squeezed

Body’s shaking, numb but trembling

Freezing cold, yet sweat drenched

Loosing sense of this body, fainting

Everything is foggy, brain is absent

Flashbacks, all unwanted reminders

Images spinning on an endless loop

All making me dizzy and nauseous...
