Nurturing is not knowing

When I loose it fully and completely

all sense of who I am, gone!

Everything disappeared!

An explosion inside.

A bundle of raw emotions raising,

Some old, some I didn’t know.

In a split of a second, pain, unbearable pain

Confusion followed right after

What is this? What is this?

Thank goodness for this question!

Nurturing is staying

As love is not given nor can it be taken away,

Love is nurturing what arises in each moment.

Good or bad, beautiful or ugly

Stay, stay close, give yourself all you have to offer

Give yourself all you wish the world would give you.

Stay with your dark side, your unknown side, all your sides.

Stay, please, just stay, even when you choose to leave.

Leave staying close in full acceptance!
